This notice contains the information required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), together with the terms on which this website is provided.
Still to be supplied: the registered trading name, tax number (NIF/CIF) and, where applicable, company registry details of the owner. The LSSI-CE requires all three in this notice.

This website, hitorestaurante.es, is owned by Hito restaurant, trading from premises open to the public at Calle Galileo, 4, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, España, contact telephone +34 928 05 82 89.
Terms of use
Access to this site is free and open. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and not to use its forms to send unlawful or offensive content, or to impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request that breaches this.
Reservations
The form on this site sends a booking REQUEST, not a confirmed reservation. Your table is not held until the restaurant confirms it by phone or email. If you need a table at short notice, calling the restaurant is still the fastest route.
- Please let us know in advance if you cannot make it or if the party size changes.
- We may release the table fifteen minutes after the booked time if we have not heard from you.
- The kitchen hours published on this site can vary on public holidays and special dates; we will say so when we confirm.
Menu, prices and availability
The menu and prices published here are kept as current as we can, but they may change without notice and depend on what fresh produce is available that day. The menu displayed in the restaurant is the one that applies. The photographs are of our own dishes and are a guide: presentation varies with the cut and the fish of the day.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, always tell us when you order as well as noting it on the booking. We handle raw fish, shellfish, gluten, soy and sesame in the same kitchen.
Delivery orders
Delivery orders are handled by third-party platforms (Just Eat and Uber Eats). Following those links takes you off this site and onto that platform, whose own terms and privacy policy then apply and over which we have no control.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, trade marks and other material on this site belong to Hito or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site; reproducing its content commercially requires prior written permission.

We link to review platforms, guides and delivery services because we think they are useful. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for their privacy practices.
Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this notice limits the rights Spanish consumer law gives you as a customer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts having jurisdiction under Spanish consumer legislation.
